Kaju katli Kaju katli (literally "cashew slice"), also known as kaju barfi, is an Indian dessert similar to a barfi. Kaju means cashew; Barfi is often, but not always, made by thickening milk with sugar and other ingredients (such as dry fruits and mild spices). Mishti doi Mishti doi (Bengali: মিষ্টি দই) is a fermented sweet doi (yogurt) originating from the Bengal region of the Indian subcontinent; and common in the Indian states of West Bengal, Tripura, Assam's Barak Valley and in Bangladesh. It is made with milk and sugar jaggery.
